Preparation
- Peel the apples and the pear.
- Remove the core then cut the fruit into cubes. Place them in a salad bowl, cover them with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Wash and dry the citrus fruits then slice them into thin, even rounds.
- In the salad bowl, pour the orange juice, 25 cl of sparkling water and the grenadine syrup.
- Add the fruit and the citrus, mix gently with a ladle.
- Place the cinnamon stick and set the sangria aside in the fridge for at least 3 h, so that the juice takes on the flavour of the fruit.
- When ready to serve, pour the rest of the sparkling water into the sangria.
- Serve in glasses previously chilled in the freezer, with ice cubes if it's very hot.
